[April 28 – May 9] Application for the 2024 Summer Subsidy Program for Service-Learning Course Development (113th Academic Year)
1. To reduce the burden on offering service-learning (such as transportation, insurance, training, and meal expenses), service-learning funding subsidies are available. Interested applicants should prepare the required documents and submit them via email by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 9, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
2. Applicants that receive funding must complete the reimbursement process by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 12, 2025, and are expected to participate in the university level result presentation and / or experience-sharing sessions.
3. Program details and required forms are provided in the attachments. Please submit your application documents via email (see instructions in the attachment). If the instructor signs the form by hand, a scanned copy must be submitted; if approval is granted by email, please include the consent email.
*Note: For off-campus service activities, a service agreement with the off-campus institution must also be submitted.*
